Is love actually still all around? Quite possibly… but red noses definitely will be. Yes, we at last have a teaser trailer for ‘Red Nose Day Actually,’ the mini-sequel to Richard Curtis’ beloved ‘Love Actually.’

Recreating one of the most memorable scenes from the hit 2003 rom-com-turned-staple of Christmas TV, we have Andrew Lincoln – albeit the more grizzled ‘Walking Dead’ version (although he does give us a smile, which is more than we usually get from his Rick Grimes) – standing in our virtual doorway telling us to tune in via his preferred medium of hand-written signs.

Nor is Lincoln the only ‘Love Actually’ actor coming back, as we can also anticipate the return of Hugh Grant, Martine McCutcheon, Keira Knightley, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Colin Firth, Liam Neeson, Rowan Atkinson, Lucia Moniz, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Olivia Olson, Marcus Brigstocke, Keir Charles, and Bill Nighy.

‘Red Nose Day Actually’ will air during BBC 1’s Comic Relief on the evening of Friday 24 March.
