The duo have joined forces for Zebra Girl, which dropped its first trailer earlier this week.
Filmed in 2019, the movie is based on a one-woman play called Catherine and Anita and also stars Sarah Roy, who headlined the stage production.
It will be released in UK cinemas on Friday, May 28.
Zebra Girl is directed by Stephanie Zari and written by Derek Ahonen.
The movie follows protagonist Catherine (Roy), whose seemingly perfect rural life is upended when she discovers her husband Dan (Cullen) has been hiding a terrible secret and commits murder.
Inviting her best friend Anita (Anouka) to help dispose of the body, the pair reminisce about their tortured pasts as they go about their grisly task. However, reality begins to blur for Catherine as a secret she has kept hidden slowly comes to the light...
Zebra Girl also stars Anna Wilson-Jones, Isabelle Connolly, Moyo Akandé and Angela Yeoh.
Cullen portrayed Viscount Gillingham for 12 episodes of Downton Abbey and has also starred in Black Mirror, The Five and Knightfall.
Zebra Girl will be released in UK cinemas on Friday, May 28.
