As we see in the trailer (which you can check out above), there's a constant battle between the developers of the handheld device, who want to make the best product they can, and a ruthless businessman (Jim Balsillie, played by Howerton) who is more focused on release dates, promotion and profit margins.

Whilst thing go well for the team for a while and BlackBerry pretty much takes over the world, the tech sphere moves on quickly, and we see just how the release of Apple iPhone causes everything to come undone... And then the authorities start investigating potential fraud.

"But ain't nobody called me about that yet, but I would accept that phone call."
