First trailer drops for It's Always Sunny star's new movie BlackBerry
The first trailer for BlackBerry, a biopic about the rise and fall of the titular smartphone and the company that made, has just dropped.
The film stars Tropic Thunder and How to Train Your Dragon's Jay Baruchel, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's Glenn Howerton, The Princess Bride and Saw's Cary Elwes, Warehouse 13's Saul Rubinek, voice acting legend Michael Ironside, YouTube comedian turned actor SungWon Cho, Mad Men's Rich Sommer, Black Mirror's Michelle Giroux and director Matt Johnson.

As we see in the trailer (which you can check out above), there's a constant battle between the developers of the handheld device, who want to make the best product they can, and a ruthless businessman (Jim Balsillie, played by Howerton) who is more focused on release dates, promotion and profit margins.
Whilst thing go well for the team for a while and BlackBerry pretty much takes over the world, the tech sphere moves on quickly, and we see just how the release of Apple iPhone causes everything to come undone... And then the authorities start investigating potential fraud.

Elsewhere in Howeton's world, he recently responded to rumours that he could play Reed Richards in the MCU Fantastic Four movie, reuniting him with Always Sunny director Matt Shakman.
"It would be super fun, and obviously, the director, Matt Shakman, is a very close friend and an absolutely incredible director, so it'd be super fun to work with him again," he said while speaking to The Movie Dweeb.
"But ain't nobody called me about that yet, but I would accept that phone call."
BlackBerry will be released in cinemas in North America on May 12.
