Oscar-winning star Jennifer Lawrence turns the raunchiness up to 11 in the first trailer for No Hard Feelings.

In this coming-of-age comedy, she plays out-of-work Uber driver Maddie, who answers an online advert to date animal shelter volunteer Percy – played by High School Musical: The Musical: The Series' Andrew Barth Feldman – before he heads off to college.

"We've just been so worried about our son, we want you to get to know him. Don't just date him," says Percy's mum (Laura Benanti), while Percy's fabulously haired father (Matthew Broderick) chips in: "But also date him... date him hard."

"I'll date his brains out," promises Maddie.

From then on it's sex pun central as Lawrence's character attempts to seduce the awkward teenager.

At one point, she even asks if it's okay to touch his "wiener", referring to the dog sat in his arms.

"So far this kid is unf**kable!" Maddie tells her friend after a succession of horrendous dates, which includes a mix-up between iced tea and its boozy Long Island equivalent.

The Bear's Ebon Moss-Bachrach makes an appearance as well, completing No Hard Feelings' solid cast.

Last October, Lawrence admitted that she suffered a "loss of control" following her enormous Hunger Games success.

"Franchises are so fun," she said at the BFI London Film Festival. "I could never do one now 'cause I'm just too old and brittle.

"[Between] Hunger Games coming out and winning the Oscar, I think that I became such kind of a commodity that I felt like every decision was a big, big group decision – because I had no idea what a huge movie star does next or what Katniss Everdeen should do after this.

"When I reflect now, I think of those following years as just kind of a loss of control and then a reaction to try to get back."

No Hard Feelings arrives in cinemas on Friday, June 23.
