Those shakes are now gone, but McDonald’s always has Big Macs, McNuggets, and fries on the menu. If you ask many loyal customers, the fries—when they are hot, crispy, and fresh out of the fryer—are the best thing about McDonald’s.
Now as 2023 is coming to its end, McDonald’s is giving away those delicious fries for free on Fridays, as long as you purchase at least $1 worth of McDonald’s food or drinks.
How to Get Free Fries at McDonald’s for the Rest of 2023
It’s becoming common for fast-food restaurants to offer deals only through their apps, and this deal is no exception. To get a free medium fry from McDonald’s on Free Fries Friday, you’ll also have to order through the McDonald’s app, along with making a $1 minimum purchase.
To claim your free fries, just follow these steps:
Download the McDonald’s app and create an account.
Go to the deals tab and select the Free Fries Friday deal; tap the "Add Deal to Mobile Order" button.
Order anything else that’s $1 or more, excluding tax.
Pay through the app with any major credit card.
Check in at the restaurant to pick up your order through curbside pickup or the drive-thru.
The offer is valid once each Friday through Dec. 31, 2023, at participating locations with contactless mobile ordering. The offer is not valid on delivery orders.
