Morgan Freeman could be lending his famous voice to Lego: The Piece Of Resistance.
The Oscar-winning star is rumoured to have been offered a role in the voice cast alongside The Hunger Games' Elizabeth Banks, reported Deadline.
Parks And Recreation's Chris Pratt is to voice lead character Emmet, while Morgan, who has reprised his role as Lucius Fox in The Dark Knight Rises, could be playing a character called Vitruvius and Elizabeth is tipped to be the ex-girlfriend of Chris' character.
"In LEGO movie, LIZZIE BANKS will play Pratt's bad-a** ex-g/f, while M.FREEMAN will play a blind sage described as Gandalf meets Mr. Magoo," tweeted Variety writer Jeff Sneider.
Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs filmmakers Phil Lord and Chris Miller will direct the animated and live-action Lego film, which is scheduled for a 2014 release.
There are rumours that Channing Tatum has said no to voicing Lego Superman, while Will Arnett is still attached to voicing Lego Batman.
"Hearing CHANNING TATUM has passed on voice-role of SUPERMAN in the LEGO movie, though no confirmation of that just yet," added Jeff.
