Giovanna Fletcher has revealed a dramatic hairstyle in a funny post she shared on Instagram.

The author and TV star sported a red bob in ode to Desperate Housewives' Bree Van de Camp and we have to say, the style really suits her.

The I'm a Celebrity winner was launching Disney+'s new channel Star, featuring upcoming new dramas and a back catalogue of classic shows including Desperate Housewives, which originally aired in 2004.

Giovanna morphed into the show's domestic goddess Bree, played by Marcia Cross, wearing a cropped red wig, green blouse, pearls and a floral apron as she held aloft a delicious-looking apple pie.

The star also amused fans by posting a picture of herself with an actor dressed up as the show's dishy gardener, complete with wheelbarrow, flannel shirt and green gloves.

"I was busy baking a fresh apple pie earlier and found myself turning into Bree Van De Kamp... ," the mum-of-three began in her caption.

"Not really, I bought one! This is all for me to tuck into whilst celebrating the fact I can rewatch Desperate Housewives from today... right from episode 1 with Star on @DisneyPlusUK. The outfits, the drama, the gardener - aaaaaah! I love Wisteria Lane so decided to give myself a makeover, the Queen Bree of shop-bought Baking!"

She added: "Let me know if you’ve set up your Parental Controls for you and your family, and what you’re going to watch first from Star on Disney+!"

Fans agreed that Giovanna suited the red 'do, with one commenting: "That hair colour suits you so much!"

"Wow you look amazing! Can’t wait to check it out as we have Disney plus," another added.

We definitely think Giovanna should keep hold of that wig...

Giovanna is married to McFly's Tom Fletcher and the couple have three boys - Buzz, six, Buddy, four, and two-year-old Max.
