De La Vali pop-up, Belgravia
Ibiza-born, London-based partywear brand De La Vali is one of those labels that’s synonymous with summer fun. And for 10 days, starting today (April 14), the DLV girls are bringing their bohemian Ibiza vibes to the MyWardrobe HQ store in Belgravia. Peruse the current collection, hidden gems and past season stock exclusives that you can no longer get your hands on, all while bopping to a disco-ready soundtrack. Heaven.

Kim Jones’ first Fendi ready-to-wear collection
If you loved watching Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Demi Moore waft about the runway for Kim Jones’ Fendi Couture debut, you’ll want to hot-foot it down to the brand’s Bond Street boutique tomorrow to get your hands on the designer’s first readily available ready-to-wear collection. The limited edition capsule, available for two weeks only in strictly limited quantities at selected stores around the world, is inspired by the codes of the romantic spring/summer 2021 couture collection, which was in turn inspired by the Bloomsbury set and Virginia Woolf’s seminal novel Orlando.
Androgynous silhouettes of cady and wool silk tailoring and crisp cotton shirting sit alongside elegantly draped satin dresses and gowns, ‘Karligraphy’ monogrammed ballerina slippers and knee-high satin boots. Limited edition Baguette and Peekaboo handbags that come pearl-trimmed or in prints inspired by the Bloomsbury Group’s Sussex home of Charleston house are sure to fly off the shelves.

Browns Brook Street
When it comes to exciting new places in which to splurge on clothes, Browns Fashion’s new Brook Street emporium is right up there. Set over four storeys of a Grade II listed townhouse, there’s an accessories floor, a womenswear floor and one for men’s plus an area for VIP customers called The Club, which has a beauty bar, tattoo parlour, kitchen and several private personal shopping rooms.
The pièce de résistance is the ground floor restaurant space designed by Red Deer, home to the London outpost of zero-waste restaurant Native. Book a table under the blossom trees in the glamorous 40-seater courtyard and dine on Maldon oysters, Fillet O’ Fish and foraged herbs among the best-dressed in town. Annie’s Ibiza
Looking for an OTT metallic Christian Cowan cocktail dress and vintage cowboy boots for you post-pandemic pub sesh? Or perhaps a sequinned Ashish maxi and a fur-trim Saks Potts coat? I’d suggest you get yourself down to Annie’s Ibiza on Carnaby Street. The store, which first opened in November, is the second outpost from Ibiza shopkeeper and fashion darling Annie Doble, who masterfully cherry picks the best in outlandish, disco-destined clothes. It’s no wonder the store has fast become a best-kept secret of the fashion set, not least among Doble’s celeb pals Rita Ora and Kate Moss, who can often be seen perusing the shelves.

Hermès womenswear, Harrods
As Harrods opened its doors on Monday, fashion girls flocked to the first floor, where Hermes opened its first ready-to-wear boutique in the store. Representing the first time the brand has sold womenswear outside of its own stores, the Harrods boutique stocks the spring/ summer 21 collection, handbags, watches and jewellery, plus a Bride de Cour Remix silk caftan in an exclusive blue and beige colourway created especially for the opening. The pattern, designed by French artist Françoise de la Perrière, is also featured on Oran sandals to accompany the look.

Monsoon’s first concept store, Marylebone
As part of a massive store expansion plan that will see Monsoon open 30 shiny new shops in London, the high street label has this week opened its first ever concept store on Marylebone High Street. Expect a curated collection of the brand’s womenswear, childrenswear and highlights from its homeware collection, alongside its new sustainable line Artisan Studio, made from 100 per cent organic cotton, sustainable Lenzing Ecovero and sustainable viscose georgette - all wrapped with Japanese Furoshiki gift wrapping.
You can also feel good while you shop, as for the first month, 10 per cent of store profits will be donated to the Monsoon Accessorize Trust, which supports and empowers individuals from disadvantaged communities across Asia and helps drive sustainable change through a range of education, healthcare and income-generation projects.
