Yahoo Movies Home and Away's Sarah Roberts on meeting husband James Stewart on set

Following her character's departure from Summer Bay earlier this week, Home and Away's Sarah Roberts has reflected on her time on the show and meeting her husband James Stewart on set.
As part of a farewell video on the long-running soap's Instagram, the actor, who has played Willow Harris since 2017, looked back on an awkward chemistry test she shared with James – who portrays Justin Morgan – during her audition process.

"I was like, 'You know what? This is my third audition for Home and Away, I'm just gonna go for it,'" Roberts remembered. "Jimmy was tied up on the chair and I just strutted in, straddled him and started the scene. I guess the rest is history.
"I don't think I could ever scratch that first day of filming out of my head," she laughed. "You know, before we fell in love, I just enjoyed working with Jimmy. I learnt a lot from him. He allowed me to grow as an actor and he was a great support for me."
Elsewhere in the clip, Roberts also discussed working with Patrick O'Connor and Sam Frost, who play Dean Thompson and Jasmine Delaney respectively.

"This cast and crew have become my family, I've seen them every day for the past three years," she said. "They might have actually seen me more than my real family and I'm gonna miss them so much."
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK), with first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
