How Much Is Daniel Craig's MASSIVE Pay Cheque For Spectre?

Daniel Craig has become the highest-ever paid James Bond, and it’s not hard to see why.
According to reports, Craig is set to earn a huge £39 million from the movie, thanks to his salary and a raft of profit shares and endorsements.
A source close to production at MGM, the makers of the Bond movies, has even laid out the intricacies of Mr Craig’s financials.

“Daniel’s deal means he’ll bank $24million (£15.66m) for acting, around $6million (£3.82m) for endorsements and $30million (£19.58m) if the financial projections are on course,” the source told The Sun.
“Even taking inflation into account he is by far the highest paid Bond actor.”
Indeed it does.

It’s thought that he beats his predecessor Pierce Brosnan, who earned £24.4 million over the space of four movies, quite convincingly, not to mention the lowly George Lazenby, who is said to have made just £34,000 as Bond in ‘On Her Majesty’s Secret Service’.
The huge chunk of change set to land in Craig’s tuxedo pocket may not, however, persuade him into doing another movie.
Though he’s contracted for at least one more, he’s in no mood, according to a recently published interview with Time Out.
Asked if he’s up for another movie, he replied bluntly: “Now? I’d rather break this glass and slash my wrists.

“No, not at the moment. Not at all. That’s fine. I’m over it at the moment. We’re done. All I want to do is move on.”
It’s worth adding that those remarks were made just after the movie had wrapped in July, so he may not feel quite so strongly at the moment, though promotion duties can be just as tiring.
Spectre, starring Daniel Craig, Monica Bellucci, Christoph Waltz, Lea Seydoux and Naomie Harris is out on October 26.
