The I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! campmates have been holed up in Gwrych Castle in north Wales for more than a week now as the competition hits its halfway mark.

Despite the changing of its surroundings, the show is set to run for three weeks as usual with Ant and Dec confirming the length on launch night.

No-one has been eliminated from the competition yet as the show typically begins the kicking-out process just over a week before the finale, which is expected to be held next weekend.

While there has been no date given for I'm A Celeb's first contestant to leave the castle, judging by recent years it looks as though it could start happening around day 13.

That would mean viewers could expect the first eviction this coming weekend, but nothing has been confirmed as of yet.

Typically fans vote for the stars they want to save, rather than who they want to go. Viewers can make their selections via the programme's app or by phone.

Paralympian Hollie Arnold is the favourite to be first-out, according to bookmakers William Hill.

Meanwhile, star of the stage Ruthie Henshall and EastEnders actor Jessica Plummer also look at risk too.

On the other end of the spectrum, DJ Jordan North is proving popular as his odds to be crowned King of the Castle stand at 4/5.

It's been very easy-going in the castle walls so far, but some might be itching to leave after tension began to rise in Monday night's programme between Shane Richie and AJ Pritchard.

The campmates have been tasked with sticking to certain designated roles and aren't allowed to do anybody else's chores. So when the Strictly dancer couldn't boil water as washing up from the night before had not been done he had to take it up with Richie.

Speaking to the camera alone later on, Richie said: “There’s a pecking order. I needed water and someone’s gotta fetch the water and someone’s gotta heat the water and unless I’m barking orders - I didn’t want to wash dirty plates and pans in cold water.”

He added: “This is what will separate... this is where people get p***ed off with each other.”

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! airs at 9pm on ITV.
