Jessica Chastain has had to remind fans that she is definitely not Bryce Dallas Howard in a hilarious new TikTok.

The X-Men star vented her frustration at being mistaken for the Jurassic World star, sharing a lip-sync to "I'm f**king sick of it" – a variation of the 'Into the Thick of It' Backyardigans trend on the social media app.

She captioned the clip: "When you spend 20yrs building a career and they still think you work at Jurassic Park."

This isn't the first time that Chastain has addressed the similarity between the pair (who appeared together in 2011 movie The Help).

Appearing on The Tonight Show in 2015, the Oscar-nominee recalled that even before she was famous, she was approached by a group of teens who praised Howard's movie The Village, thinking she was the other actress.

"I had this moment of, do I tell them that they're wrong and it's not me, or do I pretend I'm Bryce," she admitted. "So I pretended I was Bryce."

Meanwhile, Chastain recently debuted the first trailer for her upcoming movie The Eyes of Tammy Faye, which sees her completely transform into the titular character.

The movie sees her play one half of a real-life couple who fronted a hugely popular Christian television show in America, with Andrew Garfield playing husband Jim Bakker.
