Joanna, The Kid Singer From Love Actually, Is 23 And Still Belting Out Tunes

If you cast your mind back to 2003, Olivia Olson was the super-cute 11-year-old to whom miniature drummer Sam (Game of Thrones’s Thomas Brodie-Sangster) professed his love in ‘Love Actually’.

She was the one who smashed her version of Mariah Carey’s festive classic 'All I Want For Christmas Is You’ out of the park.

Well, time has not stood still, and she’s now 23 – and still belting out the tunes.

Olivia can be found busking her talent on YouTube, with a sterling 19,000 subscribers behind her.

And, rather weirdly, she’s still connected to Brodie-Sangster all these years later.

These days, as well as the singing stuff, she voices Vanessa Doofenshmirtz on the cartoon show 'Phineas and Ferb’ – Ferb being voiced by, yep, Brodie-Sangster.

Olson, who lives in Los Angeles, released an EP too, back in 2013, and is also the voice of the blazingly cool vampire queen Marceline in 'Adventure Time’.

Which is obviously brilliant.

Sangster, meanwhile, as well as starring as Jojen Reed in 'Game of Thrones’, is a star on the rise, playing Newt in the 'Maze Runner’ movies, and also Rafe Sadler in the BBC adaptation of 'Wolf Hall’.
