The film is another high-profile upcoming project for Comer, who will soon be seen alongside Tom Hardy and Austin Butler in Jeff Nichols’s The Bikeriders. The star also recently signed up for 28 Years Later, Danny Boyle’s anticipated sequel to 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later.
Comer’s most recent project was The End We Start From, a survival thriller which saw the star play a mother aiming to travel across a submerged England with her newborn baby, with the hope of reuniting with her family.
Following the film’s release, Comer spoke exclusively to Digital Spy about the challenges during filming, revealing that the biggest task was to create a portrayal of motherhood that was “truthful.”
