Joe Biden Compares U.S To Ghostbusters While Defending Foreign Policy

Who ya gonna call? Joe Biden, apparently.

The vice president to Barack Obama’s 44th president of the United States Of America Joe Biden has compared the U.S’ foreign policy to the ’Ghostbusters’, insisting that it’s their responsibility to intervene and help out other countries.

Biden made this admission while talking to The Atlantic, during a wide ranging interview that touched upon a variety of political subjects. But it was Biden’s remarks regarding the ‘Ghostbusters’ that instantly drew the eye.

“Look what happened with Mexico,” Biden explained. “Fewer and fewer Mexicans are coming over. Matter of fact, there’s a net migration [out of the United States to Mexico]. Why? Mexico is doing better. Isn’t there interest for Mexico to be more stable. It helps us.”

“Because, guess what? It’s like ‘Ghostbusters’, man. When there’s a problem anywhere else, call ‘Ghostbusters’. We’re ‘Ghostbusters’; so it makes sense that we are there to help them because it helps us.”

Unfortunately, Biden refused to go into details about whether he thought the US’ current foreign policy was comparable to Bill Murray, Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd, and Ernie Hudson’s posse or Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones’ recent ghoul fighting gang.

But what we undoubtedly learnt was that the world and upcoming US election would be all the better if Joe Biden was a candidate.
