Jurassic World 2 films on a business park in Slough this week
The stars of ‘Jurassic World 2’ are a long way from Isla Nublar, that’s for sure.
This week, the lucky lot are filming in Slough, home of ‘The Office’, and Europe’s largest single-ownership industrial estate.
According to fansite Jurassic Outpost (via Den of Geek), local businesses at the Langley Business Centre – which provides ‘modern office and industrial space’ in ‘an unrivalled position’ near where the M4 meets the M25 – have been advised that a film called ‘Ancient Futures’ will be filming on the site on February 23.
And as we all know (well, we do now anyway), the production name being used for director J.A. Bayona’s sequel is… Ancient Futures.
We see what they’ve done there… dinosaurs, future technology. Very good. That Jurassic font’s a bit of a giveaway, mind.
The February date will be a single day of filming, with 11 more reportedly planned between now and June.
It all seems to tally with the production schedule, with Hollywood legend Frank Marshall, who’s producing the movie, already set up shop in London, according to his Twitter page.

And recently announced to the cast is ‘Silence of the Lambs’ and ‘Monk’ star Ted Levine.
He joins Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rafe Spall, and Toby Jones on the bill.
The movie is due out on June 7, 2018.
