Kate Garraway became the ninth celebrity to leave I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, narrowly missing out on a spot in the 2019 final.

The Good Morning Britain presenter told hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly that she “can’t believe [she] got this far” in the competition and described her stint in the jungle as “amazing.”

Her campmates Roman Kemp, Andy Whyment and Jacqueline Jossa will now go through to Sunday night’s grand final, which will see one of them crowned king or queen of the jungle.

Kate praised the final trio, telling Ant and Dec: “Those three really deserve to go through to the final, they’ve been brilliant throughout.”

She described Andy as “hilarious” and said that Roman is “a legend” but revealed that she would be supporting Jacqueline to win because of “sisterhood.”

As the hosts admitted that show producers had been trying to get her to take part “for a couple of years,” revealing that she had previously signed up and then backed out due to her fears, she described the decision to take part as a “now or never” choice.

“I kind of felt it was now or never, the kids were just at the right age where they could just about cope,” she said.

Garraway described her fellow I'm A Celebrity contestant Caitlyn Jenner as "extraordinary" and joked that the reality star had agreed to chat with her on Good Morning Britain.

She was greeted by husband Derek Draper as she made her way over the rope bridge.

The I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here final airs on ITV on Sunday 8 at 9pm.
