The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out for her first solo royal engagement of the year on Wednesday (26 January) morning, as she paid a visit to the Shout mental health text service in London.

The free, 24/7 support service was launched in 2019 with help from The Royal Foundation. Kate's visit marked the fact that the mental health text service has now held over one million conversations with those in need.

During her appearance, Kate met with clinical supervisors, volunteers and fundraisers to thank for them for their efforts in ensuring that mental health support is available across the UK day or night.

The royal looked as smart and stylish as ever for the visit, opting for a khaki leopard print midi dress by Derek Lam, which is currently on sale for £159 (down from £355) but selling out fast.

With its flattering long sleeves, on-trend pussybow neckline and classic shirt dress silhouette, the designer buy is a real wardrobe classic.

The duchess paired it with black knee-high boots and added a coordinating belt to cinch her in at the waist, while her dark highlighted hair was worn down in a signature wavy blow dry.

As we all know, leopard print is practically a neutral so we've definitely been inspired by Kate's latest look – particularly now that many of us are set to return to the office.
