Yahoo Movies Katie Holmes breaks denies Jamie Foxx split
Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have not split, according to a statement released by the actress's representatives.
The couple - who have never publicly addressed their relationship - were reported to have called it quits by Radar Online.
The article stated that the A-list pair had parted ways due to "trust issues" but a statement released by Holmes's spokesperson, Leslie Sloane, reassured fans that the speculation is "100 per cent untrue."
The Hollywood duo reportedly met at a party in New York back in 2013 - a year after her highly-publicised divorce from Tom Cruise.
Their romance was seemingly confirmed when photographs of the couple walking hand-in-hand on a Malibu beach were obtained by TMZ.
The couple were most recently spotted at the Clive David and Recording Academy Pre-Grammy Gala in January 2018.
The newly-released statement is the first time in which the couple have addressed their relationship, as they have successfully kept their five-year romance hidden from the media spotlight.
Last February for instance, Foxx was participating in the NBA's All-Star Celebrity basketball game and promptly walked away from a live interview when quizzed on how he was planning to spend Valentine's Day with his girlfriend.
