Kristen Stewart impresses fans as she 'nails' Diana's accent in new 'Spencer' trailer
Kristen Stewart fans have said the star “nails” Princess Diana after a new trailer for her film Spencer was released.
The upcoming movie sees the Twilight star playing Princess Diana during a three week period in 1991, when her marriage to Prince Charles was already breaking down.
The trailer starts with Diana arriving late to the Christmas festivities at Sandringham.
Dramatic scenes show her in tense conversations with Charles (Jack Farthing) and ripping a string of pearls from her neck.
At one point Charles tells his wife: “There has to be two of you. There's the real one, and the one they take pictures of."
In another scene, the princess says: “There's no hope for me. Not with them."

The official synopsis says: “The marriage of Princess Diana and Prince Charles has long since grown cold.
"Though rumours of affairs and a divorce abound, peace is ordained for the Christmas festivities at the Queen’s Sandringham Estate. There's eating and drinking, shooting and hunting.
"Diana knows the game. But this year, things will be profoundly different.
"Spencer is an imagining of what might have happened during those few fateful days.”
Fans were amazed by Stewart’s portrayal of the late royal.
