Liam Neeson is reportedly in talks to star in crime thriller The All Nighter.
The Taken star would play an ageing hitman who is forced to take on his former boss in order to protect his wife and son, an insider told movie blog TheWrap.com
The film, which is also known under the title Run All Night, is set over the course of a single night, and sees the hero on the run from both the mob and the authorities with his estranged son.
Warner Bros bought the script from Out Of The Furnace writer Brad Ingelsby in January and the project is thought to still be in the very early stages of production.
Liam will next appear in Paul Haggis' drama The Third Person, Non-Stop, an action thriller set on an aeroplane, and animated film Lego: The Piece Of Resistance.
