GK Barry has urged any celebrities considering going on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' next year not to ask her for advice.

The 25-year-old YouTube star spent 21 days in camp and during that time she faced a number of gruelling Bushtucker Trials to try and win food for her and her campmates.

Although she feels so "grateful" for the support she received from viewers in the show, Barry - whose real name is Grace Keeling - has made it clear it was the "hardest thing I've ever done in my entire life", and has told the next group of celebrities Australia bound to not contact her about it.

On Tuesday (17.12.24), the presenter returned to the 'Loose Women' panel and said: "If you're going on next year, don't call me!"

When asked by head panellist Charlene White - who took part in the programme in 2022 - what the toughest part of the show was, GK did not hesitate to say "boredom and hunger".

She said: "The boredom and the hunger. You'd sleep and you'd wake up and still not knowing what time it is. It's like, 'Have I even slept an hour?' "

Joining the internet personality in the jungle was fellow 'Loose Women' star and journalist Jane Moore, and GK was so grateful for her support in camp.

She admitted: "Thank god Jane was there. She really helped me. When I was getting a bit down in there, she clocked straight away, come and lie with me. I called her my jungle mum. She was lovely."

As well as Jane, Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen Rooney, former Communards band member Reverend Richard Coles and 'Dancing on Ice' judge Oti Mabuse, 'Love Island' contestant Maura Higgins were some of the other names that made up camp.

Asked if she knew who everyone was before meeting them all, GK confessed: "I'm not going to lie, I read the leaked line-up when I was on the plane.

"So, I was doing the Googling on the plane on the Wi-Fi, so I sort of knew about most people but everyone was so much more interesting."
