'Home Alone' star Macaulay Culkin making TV show about midlife crisis
Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin is making a travel show about what it’s like to hit middle age.
The actor is best known for playing cheeky Kevin McCallister in the 1990 Christmas hit, and when he turned 40 in 2020 it was a shock to fans.
Deadline reported that he is now making a travelogue called Macaulay Culkin’s Midlife Crisis.

It will see Culkin — who is engaged to actor Brenda Song — going on a journey to explore what turning 40 means, examining some of the big questions around ageing.
The star is teaming up with production company Lightbox on the project.
He said: “Wow, Lightbox. Thanks for reminding me I’m in my 40s.
"Well, rather than make a big deal about it I figure we should just make a show about it.
“Makes sense.”
The company’s co-founders Simon Chinn and Jonathan Chinn said that they were “thrilled” about the upcoming travelogue.
“Despite his legendary status, like the rest of us he’s having to confront what it means to be a normal middle-aged guy, with a wife and a new kid who’s soon going to be the same age he was when he became a massive global superstar,” they said.
