Man Makes Amazing Mini Jurassic Park For His Pet Tortoise

When it comes to his pets, movie buff Oliver Turpin spares no expense.

Demonstrating this, he has revealed his pet tortoise Louie’s new living quarters, a miniature Jurassic Park, complete with the iconic gates and visitor’s centre.

To the left, there is also a large paddock area for Louie, a leopard tortoise, to roam wild and free.

In a video of the mini dino-park posted by Oliver, the camera sweeps in majestically over the gates to John Williams’ classic overture.

And as a nice touch, the paddock area has a breached fence. Perhaps there’s a gang of terrapins running amok.

Tortoises are a bit poker-faced when it comes to displaying their emotions, but as Louie chomps away on the (probably) ancient flora that Oliver has specially recreated using advanced DNA manipulation techniques, he looks as happy as Larry.

Said Oliver: “It has grazing areas with seeds planted to grow as the weather gets better, a pool for him to drink/swim about in, visitors center and the Jurassic Park Gates.”

At the time of writing, the video, which is obviously the best thing on the internet at the moment, has clocked up an impressive 183,000 views.
