Margot Robbie Tipped For Bond Girl Role
‘Suicide Squad’ star Margot Robbie has emerged as the bookies’ favourite to be the next Bond Girl.
The 26-year-old Australian, who shot to fame in Martin Scorsese’s ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’, is currently Paddy Power’s top choice to play Bond’s female foil in the next James Bond film with odds of 12/1. Emily Blunt is a close second with odds of 16/1.
‘Gone Girl’ actress and model Emily Ratajkowski (below) is third-placed with odds of 22/1, while Emma Watson has outside odds of 40/1.
Robbie will next be seen playing Joker’s sidekick Harley Quinn in ‘Suicide Squad’ which is coming to cinemas on 5 August.
The 25th James Bond film will likely be coming to cinemas by 2018 at the very earliest, but it’s not yet clear whether Daniel Craig will return to play the super spy for a fifth time.
Tom Hiddleston has been tipped to replace Craig when he finally steps down from the iconic role, with Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, and Ben Whishaw all likely to return as M, Moneypenny, and Q.
