"They have just been my rocks," Georgia Fualaau, 24, tells PEOPLE of dad Vili Fualaau and older sister Audrey

Vili Fualaau's daughter Georgia says her dad and older sister Audrey have been "extremely supportive" throughout her pregnancy.

"They have been with me at almost every appointment, and they have just been my rocks," the 24-year-old — one of Fualaau's two daughters with late convicted child rapist Mary Kay Letourneau —
tells PEOPLE.

Georgia admits that the pregnancy announcement was "hard at first" for Fualaau but that "he's been really amazing."

“He’s already buying baby stuff for me and giving me hand-me-downs from my baby sister, which is nice," she says, referencing the daughter he welcomed in 2022.

However, his support isn't a surprise to Georgia, who says her dad is the "number one man" in her life. "I just know that he’s going to be the greatest grandfather ever," she adds.

Georgia says that her mother, who died in July 2020 of stage 4 cancer at 58, would have also been "really happy" about her pregnancy, saying, "I think maybe at first it would be kind of shocking, because I am her baby, but after that, she’d be the most excited grandmother-to-be."

The Daily Mail first reported Georgia's pregnancy after Audrey, 26, shared photos on Aug. 19 from a celebratory event, writing, "Words cannot explain how excited I am for my little sister to have this baby boy," and "You're going to be such an amazing mom!"

Eventually, Georgia says she plans to tell her son "everything" about her family's past.

"I want to be the one to explain to him who his grandparents are," she tells PEOPLE.

Letourneau was sentenced to more than seven years in prison for child rape after she began sexually abusing Fualaau, a sixth-grade student, in 1996. Despite court orders to keep them apart, she twice became pregnant with Fualaau's children before he was 15.

Fualaau was an adult by the time she was released from prison, and he petitioned the court to allow them to see each other. Letourneau's restraining order was lifted, but she remained a registered sex offender in Washington state until she died.

They married in 2005 but split in 2017 after Fualaau filed for legal separation. However, as the split proceeded, they still lived together and were occasionally spotted out in the Seattle area.
