Fox's fanbase were quick to react to the new look, with a large portion of the comments section pointing out comparisons to Kim Kardashian.

"The only person that can literally have any hair color and killl itt," stated one person, while two more also replied: "Cool. Didn't wanna breathe anyways."

Johnny and Clyde will be a fresh take on the infamous Bonnie and Clyde story, with the action focused on two madly-in-love serial killers on a crime spree.

Fox's character runs a prosperous casino that the pair aim to rob (via Deadline), while Preacher's Tyson Ritter, The Crow's Bai Ling and Kingpin's Vanessa Angel will also appear in the movie.

In other news, Fox previously addressed horror-comedy Jennifer's Body's second life after being initially panned upon release 12 years ago.

"It's a nice sort of circle. I didn't expect it to grow like that. But to see it being appreciated now, obviously makes me feel really good. I'm happy for Diablo [Cody, writer] and I'm happy for Karyn [Kusama, director] – all these people put in a lot of hard work into making a really quality project that was panned for reasons that had nothing to do with them.

"A lot of it was just about my image at the time and who I was in the media at the time and the backlash to that. The movie never really stood a chance," she continued.
