When Meghan Markle walked down the aisle at Windsor Castle in 2018 she wasn’t just praised for her stunning Givenchy gown - but also her amazing skin.

Sarah Chapman, the facialist behind the Duchess of Sussex’s glowing complexion at her wedding, is also said to have an A-list client list that includes Victoria Beckham, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Anne Hathaway.

The expert has now revealed to the Daily Telegraph some of her favourite beauty products - including a go-to supplement.

She swears by GLOW Advanced Inner Beauty powder by The Beauty Chef which claims to “enhance the skin from the inside out”.

The food supplement, priced at £40, contains a range of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and probiotics, as well as amino acids and essential fatty acids including chia, green tea and sunflower seeds.

As part of her “glow toolkit”, Chapman also recommended Skinesis Glow (£64) from her own skincare line, Olverum’s The Body Oil (£40), Environ’s AVST Moisturiser (£48) and Delilah’s Pure Light Liquid Radiance (£32).

She previously told Harper’s Bazaar how to do an at-home facial on your own skin - inspired one the expert used on the duchess.

“Make loose fists, and literally knead your knuckles into the muscles,” she explained.

“Then drum your fingertips on your face until you’re flushed. You’re getting the blood flow going, which helps oxygenate and bring nutrients to the cells. You’re also draining away that tired look.”

Chapman also explained her top tips for stopping layers of products “balling up” on your skin.

She advised: “After cleansing I sometimes put up to seven layers of product on my face, but I apply them in a specific order to prevent them from balling up. That’s my pet peeve!

“I always start by applying the thinnest, most watery formula. Let it sink in until your skin feels dry, then reach for the next product. If you’re in a rush, mix them all in your hand and apply them together.”

The duchess has previously given insight into her beauty regime before she married Prince Harry.

She told Allure that she is a fan of Revitalish lash serum, noting: “I swear they are as long as they could ever be.”

Discussing the contents of her make-up bag, the royal added: “I love Nars blush in Orgasm. I use it on and off camera because it gives you a nice glow from within.

“My favourite mascara is Diorshow Iconic, and then I love the Make Up For Ever HD Powder. It lets your skin look shiny and fresh, but not greasy-shiny."
