Yahoo Movies Millie Bobby Brown's Netflix movie Damsel confirms release date
Netflix has confirmed when Millie Bobby Brown's new movie will land on the streaming service.
The fantasy adventure Damsel is now set for release on March 8, 2024, after missing its original October 13 release date.
Netflix announced the new debut date on X (formerly Twitter), sharing a movie poster focusing on Brown's left eye with the caption: "Keep your eye on Millie Bobby Brown. Damsel premieres March 8."

In Damsel, Brown stars as Princess Elodie opposite a cast that includes Jurassic World's Nick Robinson, Black Panther's Angela Bassett and Black Widow's Ray Winstone.
The film's official synopsis reads: "A dutiful damsel agrees to marry a handsome prince, only to find the royal family has recruited her as a sacrifice to repay an ancient debt. Thrown into a cave with a fire-breathing dragon, she must rely on her wits and will to survive."
Damsel's first trailer landed earlier this week, showing Brown in battle with the dragon and wielding a sword and giving a glimpse of the movie's spectacular visuals.

The film isn't Brown's only project to be delayed, as season five of Stranger Things has been held up due to the SAG-AFTRA strikes, which have now ended.
The series is set to start filming again in January, and despite the long gap between seasons, producer Shawn Levy has clarified that he will not be using AI to make the cast look younger.
Speaking to Deadline, he said: "I kind of was surprised that one sentence I said around this topic travelled so widely.
"The bottom line is, we know what we're doing on this show. Our cast is brilliant. And these characters that the Duffers have created are so vivid. I'm not worried about everyone suiting back up and bringing them to life."
Damsel will be released on Netflix on March 8, 2024.
