Missing Terminator 3 star Nick Stahl checks into rehab

Wife Roseann Stahl confirms actor will seek treatment for drug problems

Last week a mass search was sparked when Roseann Stahl reported that her husband, 'Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines' star Nick Stahl, was missing.

Now the mystery is over after she confirmed (to E! News) that he has been found safe, having checked into rehab on Saturday night.

Stahl apparently sent an "unemotional and unapologetic" email to pals on Friday saying that he was OK and about to enter a 30-day rehab programme that night.

Stahl has reportedly been battling drug addiction for some time now, and was at the centre of a custody battle over his two-year-old daughter when Roseann appealed to courts to deny him unsupervised visits because of his drug use.

The news of his safe reappearance will come as a relief to many, not least his wife, who has released an emotional public statement on her Twitter account:

"It's all good. In the sense the search is over. There is safety & even some comfort now.

"There are questions and details that I didn't ask and don't need to know. I don't have details. Once the missing persons report was released it was overwhelming to have such private information out there. And it wasn't mostly my private information.

"But in no way do I or even should I represent recovery. I'm far too fallible. But again, I do hope that there is a silver lining to this event and I have been truly inspired to keep on keepin’ on. I have no more comments. Much love to all, Rose Stahl". [sic]
