Mission: Impossible 7 and the sequel to A Quiet Place will be available to watch from the comfort of your own home sooner than expected.

Both films have had their release dates pushed back due to the coronavirus pandemic and now studio Paramount Pictures has announced they will debut on US streaming service Paramount+ 45 days after their theatrical release.

A Quiet Place Part II is set for release in theatres on September 17, while Mission: Impossible 7 will arrive on November 19.

Mission: Impossible 7 sees Tom Cruise reprise his role as Ethan Hunt, reteaming with Rogue Nation and Fallout director Christopher McQuarrie.

Last November, it was also confirmed that Angela Bassett will be returning to the franchise to reprise her Fallout role as CIA director Erika Sloane.

The cast also features Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Esai Morales and Simon Pegg.

Meanwhile, A Quiet Place: Part II stars the horror franchise's original actors Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe, as the Abbotts continue their fight for survival.

Newcomers Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou join the cast this time around, while writer and director John Krasinski himself also makes a surprising return.

A Quiet Place: Part II is currently scheduled to be released in cinemas on September 17, 2021. Mission: Impossible 7 currently has a scheduled release date of November 19, 2021, with an eighth movie pencilled in for 2022.
