Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury's Manchester home targeted by burglars

Love Island stars Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury reportedly lost £800,000 worth of belongings when their Manchester home was burgled last week.

While the couple was partying in London to celebrate the launch of the Beauty Works x Molly-Mae Christmas hair styling collection on 21 October, a group of thieves targeted their flat in Hale near Manchester and reportedly stole £800,000 worth of goods.

A source told the MailOnline that they will "never return" to their home again as they "don't feel safe" there anymore.

"(The burglars) have approached the property from the rear and smashed through their balcony windows and doors to gain access to their apartment," the insider said. "They have stolen approx £800,000 worth of belongings leaving them with nothing left other than what they had on them in their suitcases in London on the night of event... They seemed to have got scared off and departed quickly possible across the park at the back."

A spokesperson for the Greater Manchester Police confirmed they received a report of a burglary.

"On Friday 22 October 2021 police received a report of a burglary at a property in the Hale Barns area," they said. "During the burglary, a number of items were taken, including jewellery. Enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made."

A representative for the PrettyLittleThing creative director told the publication, "Molly is doing well considering the circumstances. It has been a very distressing time but she is trying to be as positive as possible."

The influencer and boxer, who finished runners-up on the 2019 series of the reality show, have yet to address the incident, although Molly-Mae alluded to it on Instagram on Monday by writing "smile through the storm" alongside a photo.
