The most exciting new releases coming to Netflix in August

It's another huge month ahead on Netflix in August with countless new releases to look forward to. Chief among the new titles is Project Power, a new superhuman sci-fi spectacular starring Jamie Foxx and Joseph-Gordon Leviit, in which people can get superhero powers from a tablet... but they only last five minutes. Also coming in August is Hoops, a new animated comedy series from Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, starring Jake Johnson as an irascible basketball coach. Finally keep an eye out for Tom Hardy delivering another memorable performance as Venom.
