Yahoo Movies Dylan Farrow attacks Scarlett Johansson for supporting Woody Allen
Dylan Farrow has attacked Scarlett Johansson for her recent comments supporting Woody Allen, declaring that the actress “has a long way to go in understanding the issue she claims to champion.”
In August, 1992, Farrow accused Woody Allen of molesting her as a 7-year-old. Allen has repeatedly denied the allegation, and in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter Johansson insisted that she “loved” and “believed” the writer and director, who she has worked with several times.

Farrow took to Twitter for the first time in nearly a year to respond to Johansson’s comments, writing, “Because if we’ve learned anything from the past two years it’s that you definitely should believe male predators who ‘maintain their innocence’ without question. Scarlett has a long way to go in understanding the issue she claims to champion.”
Farrow also retweeted two posts from Jon Lovett, the former speechwriter for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton who is also the partner of Dylan’s brother Ronan Farrow, which further attacked Johansson and Allen.

What a judge of character Scarlett Johansson must believe herself to be, so capable of knowing when she is being deceived or not. It's the kind of arrogance you have to really hone over many years. What child molesters did she find less convincing in her interrogations?

At the French premiere for his latest film A Rainy Day In New York, Allen once again tried to insist that he should be “the poster boy for the #MeToo movement.”

“I’ve worked with hundreds of actresses, not one of them has ever complained about me; not a single complaint,” Allen remarked, according to the Guardian.
“I’ve employed women in the top capacity for years and we’ve always paid them the equal of men. I’ve done everything the MeToo movement would love to achieve.”
Rainy Day in New York will open the Deauville Film Festival in France on Friday, and is being released across Europe but not the U.S.
