New 'Avengers: Endgame' trailer heats up the Super Bowl

It may have been one of the least inspiring Super Bowls of recent times, but at least we got another glimpse at Avengers: Endgame.

Glimpse is about right, however, just 30 more seconds of footage from the grand finale in the current Avengers story arc.

Washed of colour, the planet is still clearly traumatised from ‘the snap’, Thanos’s devastating punishment on half of all living things in the universe.

It appears that Steve Rogers – aka Captain America – might be attending some kind of support group, a poster reading ‘Where do we go, now that they’re gone?’

“Some people move on but not us,” says Cap.

But those Avengers still standing have a little something still in the tank, with Black Widow taking things out on the pistol range, Iron Patriot and Ant-Man suiting up, Tony Stark and Nebula doing some welding in the shed, and Cap fastening on his shield.

It’s not over just yet.

Avengers: Endgame lands in the UK on April 25.
