The All-Star rosters for each of the NHL's four divisions have been announced, featuring most of hockey’s biggest stars.

Leading each division are the four captains, voted by the public. Oilers forward Connor McDavid will captain the Pacific Division; Nathan MacKinnon is in charge of the Central; ageless wonder Alexander Ovechkin is captaining the Metropolitan Division; and hotshot Auston Matthews is leading the Atlantic Division.

Each division will be represented by 10 players (nine skaters and a goalie) total — with at least one player from each team. Thirty-six players were announced Thursday, with the final four being decided by a “Last Man In” vote, giving fans a chance to choose each division’s final player.

Today's roster dump featured quite a few notable omissions, including Penguins star Sidney Crosby, Rangers winger Artemi Panarin and star goalie Igor Shesterkin, Bruins stud Brad Marchand, Panthers blueliner Aaron Ekblad, Leafs sniper William Nylander, resurgent Predators forward Matt Duchene and Kings leading scorer Anze Kopitar, among others.

You can view the full rosters here.

Coaching these teams are: Rod Brind’amour of the Hurricanes (Metro), Panthers coach Andrew Brunette (Atlantic), Avs’ Jared Bednar (Central), and the hometown Vegas Golden Knights coach Pete DeBoer.

The action begins with the skills competition on Feb. 4 and the All-Star Game the following day.
