Nicola Coughlan shares sweet Bridgerton throwback pictures

Bridgerton fans will no doubt be pleased that series two will begin filming soon, with production set to start in Spring 2021.

While we wait for the next series, Nicola Coughlan, who plays fan favourite Penelope Featherington, has shared some sweet throwback pictures to Instagram of the Featherington sisters in season one.

In her usual jokey manner, Nicola captured the picture: "Featheringhuns - Season One." The images feature Nicola in character as Penelope, along with her onscreen sisters — Philipa and Prudence — played by Harriet Cains and Bessie Carter.

The first picture shows a sweet snap of the girls in character while the others show funny, behind-the-scenes shots. We love these snaps and it looks like the girls had a lot of fun on set!

While Nicola's sweet snaps show throwbacks to season one, Bridgerton fans recently got excited over a preview shot shared for season two. Adjoa Andoh, who plays Lady Danbury in the show, shared a picture captioned: "Gearing up for season 2." The images featured her with co-stars Ruth Gemmell and Golda Rosheuvel, who play Lady Violet Bridgerton and Queen Charlotte.

We certainly can't wait for season two of the show to hit our screens!
