Nadine Coyle is no stranger to dishing the dirt as to why noughties band Girls Aloud split – and she’s back on it once again.

In this week’s Celebrity Juice guest Coyle says she was never friends with her Girls Aloud band members – Cheryl, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh.

Host Keith Lemon asks her “You were in Girls Aloud, who was your favourite?”

After pulling a sour face Coyle laughs and says: ‘Them all’

Lemon later asks her if she’s still in touch with any of them – and she confirmed that she is absolutely not.

No. It’s for the best,” she said.

Lemon then mentioned that he’s heard rumours that she fell out with all of them. Coyle said she hasn’t, as she was never really friends with any of them to ‘begin with.’

“There was no falling out, there was just no friendship to begin with,” Coyle says.

Bizarrely Coyle then agrees that there will “probably” still be a Girls Aloud reunion tour at some point.

Girls Aloud split in 2009 after six years of chart topping hits. They reunited briefly in 2012, but split once again in 2013.

Rumours were rife throughout their girl group days that there was considerable strife and conflict within the band.

Often regarded as the strongest vocally, Coyle opened up about the split in an interview with The Sun last year.

“It just happened that I always got more vocals than everybody else, so in terms of people wanting their voice heard, that wasn’t happening.

“It made people, very bitter. They didn’t like that. It’s so sad for me to have to admit this stuff now because for so long, there’s the band, and you want everybody to think we’re best friends and we have pillow fights and, you know, drink milkshakes.

“That’s what I wanted it to be. I really, really wanted that to be, but it just wasn’t how it was,” Coyle said.

Despite all of this, Coyle was still a bridesmaid at Cheryl’s 2006 wedding to Ashley Cole.

Celebrity Juice airs Thursday at 10pm on ITV2.
