It isn’t until you stand right outside the entrance that the sheer magnitude of what has been created by Warner Bros. for this tour hits you. Big enough to house the entire Great Hall as well as a café, gift shop and other key locations from the film in one building, the entrance will feature big screens outside so the excitement will start before you’ve even entered inside.

Warner Bros. are proud to provide Harry Potter fans with a true authentic set tour, which includes all the behind-the-scenes features you’d expect from one of the most notorious film productions in the world. While the inside of the Great Hall will be brought back to life, the outside will remain the same, offering a glimpse into the craftsmanship, labour and materials it took to create the structure and lighting for the films.

The tour will feature key props from all the films offering visitors a chance to get up close to memorable and favourite pieces of the set from each of the films. The idea is to immerse guests into the world of Harry Potter through experiencing how a film set works, rather than the trickery and magic involved. We think film fans will be interested to see the sets and props as well as fans of the franchise.

5. The process involved in unpacking over 10 years worth of sets is no small task. There is a team of people working tirelessly with great care to find and display the giant jigsaw puzzle that makes up the set. As well as the grand props, visitors will also be treated to tours of the workshops where we witnessed firsthand designers painstakingly and lovingly restoring the creatures to their full glory after years in storage, ready for visitors to see up-close the detail and attention paid to every thing big and small that made up the Harry Potter world.
