As more vacationers seek out rental accommodations, we chat with Rohit Taparia, Head — Sales & Client Relationship, Isprava, on the draw of the home-away-from-home experience.

Isprava, a six-year-old luxury homes builder recently introduced Lohono Stays – its high-end rental accommodation service for the discerning Indian traveller. “While deciding on whether or not a home fits the Lohono standard, we always think about what the USP is… Would you have fun at this property and enjoy spending a hard-earned vacation at the home? Can we take you away from your daily mundane life, even if just for a few days and allow you to experience something that you will remember forever?” says Taparia who illustrates the ideology with a walkthrough of some of the brand’s most popular retreats in Goa and Alibaug.
