Pregnant Ashley Tisdale Shares Her Fears About Having Baby No. 2: 'Can I Do This Again?'

The actress shared on Tuesday that she is expecting her second baby with husband Christopher French

Ashley Tisdale is getting candid about some of her fears ahead of welcoming another baby.

In a video posted to her TikTok account, the pregnant actress, 38, filmed herself as she got ready for the day and shared that while she is looking forward to welcoming another baby, there are a few things that she's nervous to experience again.

"After I had Jupiter, I was like, ‘I’m not doing this again.’ I think it was like, physically really hard on me," Tisdale says in the video. "It was just like, not for me the most amazing experience."

"I think I started to think about it in that way, that like what a blessing it is to be able to have this cute little baby come into the world," the expectant mom continues. "When I think about it, do I see Ju-Ju as like, an only child?"

Tisdale went on to note that her daughter Jupiter, 3, is very social and loves to be around other kids.

"Definitely there was something in me that was like, I feel like there’s another little sibling for her. So we started to seriously talk about it," she says of her and husband Christopher French. "[We] both were just like, we feel like there should be a little sibling for her. Definitely kind of like surrendered to the whole thing and just put it out there."

Later in the video, the High School Musical alum elaborated on how tough of an experience her first pregnancy was.

“I’m excited and Jupiter’s excited. She keeps telling everybody the big news, that she’s going to be a big sister," Tisdale says. "I was very nervous though and had a lot of fear in the beginning, being like ‘Oh my gosh can I do this again? Can I physically do this again? Can I mentally do this again?’"

"I think I obviously got over that fear. I suffered with postpartum depression the first time and so that definitely scared me, thinking about, oh having another one, like just going through that again."

"But my doctor said that it’s interesting that on the second, your hormones just adjust so much faster. It wasn’t so much that I was depressed, I just had a lot of anxiety," Tisdale adds.

On Tuesday, Tisdale shared that she is expecting her second baby with French, posting about the news on Instagram.

Tisdale bared her belly in the pictures, unbuttoning her white dress shirt under her chest to reveal her baby bump.

In a second photo, the pregnant actress posed with French, smiling up at him while he posed next to her. "We can’t wait to meet you 💫," she wrote in the caption.
