Rochelle Humes shared a beautiful message on Sunday (7 March), the eve of International Women's Day. The star gave birth to her first son in October and being a boy mum has made her think about new things this International Women's Day (8 March).

The presenter shared a truly adorable picture of gorgeous Blake Hampton Humes as she mused on all the things she's going to teach her son about women.

Writing in the caption: "My B boy... with International Women’s Day tomorrow it’s got me thinking. Blake, I can’t wait for you to discover all that Women are. Just how multidimensional we are and how much we have to offer. I’m gonna teach you to always hear and to always listen..✨"

It's an important message about how we should be raising our sons to respect women in their entirety as fully formed individuals, not just respectful as a value.

It's just as important to teach our sons about female empowerment and equality as it is to teach our daughters.

With Marvin previously speaking about how he was completely comfortable with his wife earning more than him, and how proud of her he is, it's safe to say this household is striving to raise their next generation with a modern and equitable take on gender.

While Rochelle is already planning on the values she intends to instil in little Blake, we're pretty sure he'll learn plenty about how wonderful women are from his confident big sisters Valentina and Alai-Mai.
