She is considered one of the most beautiful women in the world.

Now, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has revealed how she maintains her trim figure.

The model, 32, does intermittent fasting - meaning she consumes all her meals in a ten-hour window.

Speaking to The Sunday Times’ Style, she said that she will start the day with a matcha latte with oat milk at 8am, and won’t eat after 6pm.

The mum-of-one - who divides her time between London and Los Angeles - explained: “It gives my body a chance to digest everything.”

If Jason Statham’s wife goes out for dinner, she’ll start eating later in the morning.

Other types of intermittent fasting include 16:8 diet - where you eat meals in an eight-hour window - and the 5-2 diet, where you consume just 500-600 calories for two days a week and enjoy normal meals the rest of the time.

Fans of the eating regime include Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian.

New research has found that intermittent fasting can reduce blood pressure, blood lipid levels and resting heart rates.

It has also been shown to be an effective weight loss tool and may even boost brain health.

Rosie also told Style that her figure has changed since the birth of two-year-old son Jack.

She said: “It took a long time to get back into shape after I had Jack. Things don’t sit where they used to, but I’ve come to terms with it.”

The model, who grew up on a farm in Devon and got her big break through Victoria’s Secret 16 years ago, also opened up about how she was finding motherhood.

Rosie said: “I see my life in two parts: pre-baby and post-baby. Before I had my son, I was on and off a plane every week.

“When I became a mum, I knew I didn’t want to travel as much. Now Jack is my priority and it really has to be worth it for me to take the job.”

She noted that her skin and hair had changed since giving birth.

Rosie explained: “I’ve never had perfect skin, but during my pregnancy it was fantastic. Once Jack was born the spots returned.”

She added: “My texture and colour aren’t the same. I can’t get it back to the right blonde. It stays for about three weeks and then washes out. I’ve still got broken bits on the side that won’t grow back, which has been upsetting.”
