A Royal Expert Claims Prince William and Kate Middleton “Suggested” Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Bring Their Kids for a Visit
Prince Harry is gearing up for a trip to England for the 10-year anniversary of the Invictus Games, so naturally everyone's wondering whether a) Meghan Markle will be joining him, b) they'll be bringing Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, and c) they'll finally squash their beef with Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Plans seem pretty up in the air at this point, but according to royal expert Tom Quinn, the Prince and Princess of Wales have "suggested" that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex bring their kids for a visit.
Quinn tells The Mirror that, "William and Kate have suggested that Meghan and Harry bring the children and that the two couples and their families try to make up, but the suggestion is not leading anywhere so far."
William and Harry haven't been on, uhm, great terms for several years (that's an understatement, btw 😬), and things only got more tense after the publication of Harry's memoir Spare—a project in which, among other bombshell revelations, he accused William of physically attacking him during an argument.
That said, both People and Entertainment Tonight recently reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have reached out to Kate Middleton amid her cancer diagnosis. The couple's spokesperson also released a statement at the time that read, "We wish health and healing for Kate and the family, and hope they are able to do so privately and in peace."
Here's to hoping everyone is able to mend fences and reunite during Harry's upcoming trip ~across the pond~.
