Following its release on August 13, the Deadpool actor took to Instagram to share some behind-the-scenes snaps of himself with Evans, Jungle Cruise's Dwayne Johnson, Channing Tatum and A Quiet Place's John Krasinski.
Keen not to leave his X-Men rival out, he also included a photo of Jackman sporting a garish Christmas jumper and a big ol' grin.
"This movie is about friendship. And friendship is at its simplest, just showing up. While I don't have photos of everyone, here's to all the incredible pals who showed up for this film," Reynolds captioned the post.
"No worries mate, least I could do, BFFs," Chris Hemsworth, who doesn't have a cameo (we think?) replied, teasingly.
Directed by Night at the Museum's Shawn Levy, Free Guy follows well-mannered videogame character Guy (Reynolds) as he becomes increasingly self-aware. After bumping into Molotovgirl, aka Millie (Jodie Comer), a mysterious player within Free City, he becomes embroiled in a plot to retrieve stolen code from inside the game and expose its wealthy developer's corrupt ways.
Thor: Ragnarok's Taika Waititi, Get Out's Lil Rel Howery and Stranger Things' Joe Keery round out the main cast.
While Evans and Tatum are both seen on screen – the former appearing as himself, and the latter playing the avatar of Matty Cardarople's nerdy streamer Keith – Johnson, Jackman and Krasinski lent their voices to the project.
Johnson brings "Bank Robber #2" to life, a in-game character who meets a grisly end during one of the numerous robberies that take place at Guy's place of work, and Krasinski pops up as "Silhouetted Gamer."
Elsewhere, Jackson is credited "Masked Player in Alley". Other notable cameos include Tina Fey, Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek and more.
Free Guy is out now in cinemas.
