In this first official look at the making of the sequel to 2009’s ‘Star Trek’, we’re given access to the cast of the film, as well as a few precious sneak-peeks at what’s in store for the crew of the Enterprise.

“The goal for this movie was definitely to up the ante as much as we could,” director/producer Abrams says. “The action of the movie and the scale of this movie is light-years beyond what we did in the first movie.”

Spock actor Zachary Quinto calls the film “stunningly beautiful”. “It was pretty magical to see what they could create this time,” he says. We’ll have to wait three more months to see, with ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ beaming onto screens on 17 May 2013.
