Star Wars Fans Have Found A Ton Of The Force Awakens Mistakes

But, while most ‘Star Wars’ fans were overjoyed with ‘The Force Awakens’, that doesn’t mean they’re above pointing out mistakes and goofs that they spotted in amidst the film.

Warning: There are one or two SPOILERS ahead regarding ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’. Those of you that haven’t seen it, do yourselves a favour, and don’t read ahead. Cheers.

So what have they noticed? Well, over on IMDB little things like the sound of stomping feet not matching up with the marching Stormtroopers, objects moving hands between shots, and disappearing portions of food have been reported. But they’re not biggies.

Some of them kind of are though, as there has now been a reported sighting of a disappearing lightsaber from right out of Finn’s hands in the middle of battle, while R2-D2 also seemingly waves Chewbacca and Rey off when they fly away on the Millennium Falcon only for the droid to later appear on the island with Rey.

Also, since Han and Finn view the Starkiller weapon destroying worlds while stood on different planets themselves there’s no way that they should be able to see it unfold at the same time. Plus, since they’re in a different star system to the ones being destroyed there really shouldn’t be anything for them to see at all.

And just one more thing regarding the Starkiller. When it’s first used and the First Order troops look on it is broad daylight. However, it’s later revealed that since the Starkiller sucks the energy of the nearest sun, it can only really work in darkness.

Simply put, ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ isn’t quite as good as you thought. But it still clearly is.
