Yahoo Movies Stephen Graham lands next lead movie role
Stephen Graham has been announced for a brand-new thriller, one with a very twisted premise.
Deadline has reported that the film Good Boy has actually already wrapped filming in both Yorkshire and Warsaw, and will soon be looking for buyers.
The film follows a 19-year old criminal gang leader, one who enjoys getting his friends to commit horrible violent acts. One night he is kidnapped by an older man, played by Graham, and wakes up to find himself with a chain around his neck in the basement of a home.

The kidnapper and his wife force him into a bizarre family dynamic, in which they try to force him to give up his life of crime and become a 'good boy'. Will he be able to escape?
Playing Graham's wife is The Death of Stalin actor Andrea Riseborough, while Pistol and 1917 actor Anson Boon is playing the young gang leader. Polish director Jan Komasa, known for Warsaw 44 and Corpus Christi, helmed the film.
Graham's latest film, wartime drama Blitz, came out in cinemas this week. Directed by 12 Years a Slave's Steve McQueen and also starring Saoirse Ronan and Paul Weller, we at Digital Spy really enjoyed it.

Looking ahead, Graham has been cast in a Bruce Springsteen biopic alongside The Bear's Jeremy Allen White, a London-set crime drama for Netflix, a series about illegal boxing from the creator of Peaky Blinders, and the cinematic return for Peaky Blinders itself.
