Steve Jobs biopic criticised by Apple co-founder

A new clip of Ashton Kutcher starring in the forthcoming biographical movie of the life of Steve Jobs has provoked a response from Apple's co-founder Steve Wozniak, or 'Woz' as he's known to the tech community.

The clip  depicts a scene between the two men where Jobs tries to convince Wozniak (played by Josh Gad) of the future potential of home computing using his operating system. Wozniak declares ''Nobody wants to buy a computer. Nobody!''

Wozniak, 62, commented on the clip on tech website Gizmodo, saying the portrayal was ''not close… we never had such interaction and roles,"

He continued, "I'm not even sure what it's getting at...personalities are very wrong although mine is closer... I never looked like a professional. We were both kids. Our relationship was so different than what was portrayed. I'm embarrassed but if the movie is fun and entertaining, all the better.''

The new film, 'jOBS' is due out in the US in April, and is directed by Joshua Michael Stern, whose previous work includes 'Swing Vote' and the fantasy 'Neverwas'.
