Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli suffered an awkward final moment as he gave some rather X-rated feedback to Stacey Dooley, leaving fans in hysterics.

The Italian judge, famed for his bubbly personality and jumping around while delivering comments, left the audience is stitches after a slip of the tongue had him praising Dooley’s “greatest tits”.

Dooley and Clifton had just performed their busy showdance, backed to Land Of A Thousand Dances, before heading over to the judges for their comments.

He gushed: “It was ready, steady, go! She went from a cloud of hairspray to a medley of Stacey’s greatest tits!

“Greatest hits! It really was a showcase. Simply fabulous, I enjoyed it,” Tonioli finished before apologising to the laughing couple.

Head judge Shirley Ballas and Dame Darcey Bussell had their head in their hands at the slip-up while Craig Revel Horwood joked that Tonioli needed “better command of the English language”.

And viewers found it hilarious, taking to Twitter to discuss the funny exchange which left them “howling”.

One wrote: “Oops on #Strictly Bruno says best t**s instead of best bits lol!”

Another said: “Omg best moment of #Strictly just happened! Stacey’s greatest t*** instead of hits. Bruno you are my everything.”

“Oh Bruno, you will never live that down #Strictly,” chuckled somebody else.

After Dooley's final dance, Ballas praised the BBC Three journalist's partnership with Clifton throughout the three-month competition.

She said: "Kevin, you have done an amazing job with this young lady.

"From the beginning of this show, you are leaving us a professional dancer. You have brought so much joy to so many people."

Journalist Dooley will be hoping to lift the glitterball at the end of the night over Ashley Roberts, Faye Tozer and Joe Sugg.
